Radio-Canada

Public Space Incubator:

A startup-like team where we developed conversational spaces that promote engagement and healthy dialogue, in collaboration with New_Public and other public broadcasters. I was responsible for multiple core features (admin view, special layouts, and more), migrations, and helping guide the work on accessibility. We took it from the prototype stage to a reliable and maintainable tool, with the hope of open-sourcing it. We nearly doubled the number of interactions (comments and reactions) on our platform compared to the industry average.

Digital production studio:

My team was responsible for a portfolio of about 10 projects. I grew to be the reference person for 3 of them, including Radio-Canada's homepage. My work includes three major migrations of technology stacks, resulting in improved stability and easier onboarding. I improved the internal library by simplifying its routing layer, reducing its size by 20%. Most of my work has been on components and pages that reached millions of people.

Dialogue

Care provider experience

I automated repetitive tasks for doctors and nurses, eliminating redundant steps. As a result, 15% of finished consultations were automatically processed. Seamlessly migrated care plans between two APIs, centralizing them in a single web app, which greatly improved the user experience.

Botfront at Dialogue

Dialogue, a telemedicine company, acquired Botfront in 2021. We successfully integrated Botfront into Dialogue’s tech stack, improving how chatbots are visualized and empowering medical staff to edit them directly. The import-export system I built became a cornerstone of this work.

Botfront

A six-person startup where we built a SaaS tool for creating chatbots. I architected and built core features of the application (frontend, backend, infrastructure). I built an import-export system with error detection, which allowed us to integrate with Git and to version the chatbots. I created an analytics system providing actionable insights to our clients (BNC, Accor, Orange, and 40 others). I added on-screen guidance capabilities driven by the conversation, which allowed replacing messages with live highlighting. Acquired by Dialogue.

Master of Software Engineering :

Two years of mathematics, physics, and electronics (Classe préparatoire), followed by three years of software engineering. Final-year project: a metro network simulator that simulated millions of trips.
